Using digital dictaphones authors can dictate work using whatever method best suits them. You email the dictation to me, then you will receive an email notification from HeavenSent Typing Services acknowledging receipt of your file and advising you of the estimated completion time (if you do not receive this email within 30 minutes please telephone (or text) for confirmation of our receiving your email). For longer files, I will keep you updated regularly as to progress. The work is completed to a high standard within an agreed time frame and forwarded back to the author along with a note of charges. Invoices are sent weekly, payment is strictly 21 days from the date of invoice.

If I cannot do the typing personally, I do have committed off site contract typists that I send work to.
